I have neutralized some bots but a few domain names they use as an email address are as follows:

coin-collective.com
nowmailinfos.info
starterplansmo.info
moderntransfers.info
mymailindex.com

MyMailIndex is the biggest offender, with the most records on stopforumspam.com.

Bots are coming from Japan, Columbia, USA and India mainly.

Yeah, probably RBN based, but biggest spam reports is the mymailindex.
